3AM Wake up call

Well today is the day for the 'Race that stops the nation' the Melbourne Cup. I first did the Melbourne Cup three years ago and slept in the office to make sure I didn't miss the biggest race in Australia. This year I wasn't sure whether it would be worth getting up in the early hours given that the breeders cup was below expectations. Sat here working late though, I have managed to do some of the early races and they are going rather well. So I have decided to work through the night and nip over to Flemington park every 45 minutes to trade. I may cat nap between races to try and avoid losing too much sleep. A lie in is a certainty later this morning!!
