Financial market chaos

Slightly off topic but I thought this may interest readers.

Nobody could have missed the turmoil in the financial markets recently. I've noted that most commentators have explained why, not how. Around 18 months ago, before the chaotic period we have now entered, I wrote an article about banks and my concerns with them.
